1.
There is a $300 deposit on all weekly rentals and $500 for monthly
rentals. Weekly rental deposits have a 30 day cancellation policy
and monthly rentals have a 60 day cancellation policy. 2. All condos have a 9% sales tax and cleaning fee added to the rental rates. 3. There are coin operated laundry facilities located on each floor. 4. Rates are based on weekly and monthly rentals. Early check outs will not be refunded in any amount. 5.
We are sorry that NO pets are allowed: however, there are several
kennels nearby. 7. The two bedroom condos may not exceed 6 guests. Three bedrooms have a maximum of 8 guests. 8. Depending on the season and availability you may have an extension. Please contact the property manager in the lobby. 9. Please visit the Rules & Regulations page on our site for more information. 10. Rarely do we encounter guests unhappy with their condo. If for any reason you are displeased with your condo please, contact the property manager and another condo will be assigned if available. 11. Ocean House is an OCEANFRONT complex. EVERY condo has a view. 12. No smoking is allowed in any unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. |
