1. Upon arrival, check in with manager and sign register on office door. Immediately after unloading the vehicle under the portico at the north or south lobby entrance, please move vehicle to parking space. Please do not block car wash or trash collection areas.

2. Return all luggage and laundry carts immediately after use.

3. Safety considerations require no running or playing in hallways, lobbies or elevators.
Sidewalks, stairwells and hallways must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times.

4. Quite time is from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, however polite consideration of noise levels should be given at all times - indoors and at poolside.

5. Do not hang any objects from railing or balcony. Do not throw debris or any other objects from balcony. Laundry drying racks are NOT to be setup on the balcony

6. Pets are not permitted.

7. Absolutely no smoking in lobbies, hallways, stairwells, or elevators. (State Law).

8. Refuse considerations: Securely tie trash in plastic bags and remove regularly to dumpster. Do not litter or throw debris or cigarettes anywhere on the premises, utilize trash cans and ashtrays.

9. Kitchen garbage disposal and drains must not be used for grease, bones, fish cleaning, corn shucks, etc.

POOL AND COURTYARD AREAS

10. No lifeguard present at any time. Swim at own risk. Children under
twelve (12) must be supervised by an adult when in pool area.

11. Obey posted rules at poolside.

12. Safety first! No glass containers of any kind in pool or courtyard.

13. Food is not permitted in the pool area.

14. Please shower before entering the pool.

15. Activities such as: Bicycling, kite flying, pitch & catch, etc. are for the beach only. Skating or bicycling is not permitted in parking lot.
